From our own foaming plant to your customer's door — everything from a single source

Many providers buy in goods, re-store them and forward them. CT Formpolster makes the foam itself — in its own foaming plant in Löhne, since 1951.

For you as a customer or partner this means: no intermediaries in the chain, full control over material quality, short reaction times for special requests and lead times that do not depend on upstream suppliers.

Material-driven — from block to finished product

CT Formpolster works material-first: build and material are matched deliberately to each application. That is our strength — we know how foams behave and how to tune them so they perform their function permanently.

This is supported by modern machinery and a manufacturing depth that reaches from the block to the finished product. Cut-to-size parts, moulded parts and complete components come from a single source — precise and reproducible. With CT 4.0 we connect production, warehousing and logistics into one continuous system, including dropshipping fulfilment.

Quality, sustainability and environmental responsibility

Our processes are certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. All PU foams, mattresses, toppers and pillows meet OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, product class 1 for baby articles — the strictest level, tested by the Hohenstein Institute.

Since 2023 we have operated under a certified energy management system (DIN EN ISO 50001:2018, TÜV NORD) and source 100 % of our electricity from renewable sources — CO₂-neutral, certified by Scholt Energy (GarantiertGrün) until the end of 2028. In terms of electricity, our entire production in Löhne is climate-neutral.

Through participation in the Der Grüne Punkt dual system, CT Formpolster contributed in 2025 to avoiding 18 tonnes of CO₂ equivalents, 833 GJ of primary energy and 103 kg of sulphur dioxide equivalents — as much CO₂ as 2 hectares of forest filter from the air in a year.
