Layered comfort-foam builds are best suited for parcel-ready shipping. They save weight and stay within the parcel carriers' weight limits — which is exactly why the online mattress trade works mostly with these builds.
HR cold-foam mattresses, by contrast, are premium products and often exceed parcel weight limits. They then have to be shipped by freight forwarder, which changes shipping cost and delivery time.
