Which foam build fits your shipping concept?
Not every foam suits every shipping route — and this decision comes earlier than most retailers expect: at material selection.
Layered comfort-foam builds are best suited for parcel-ready shipping. They save weight and stay within the parcel carriers' weight limits — which is exactly why the online mattress trade works mostly with these builds.
HR cold-foam mattresses, by contrast, are premium products and often exceed parcel weight limits. They then have to be shipped by freight forwarder, which changes shipping cost and delivery time.

Does CT Formpolster supply Amazon fulfilment centres (FBA) and retail warehouses in pallet quantities?+
Yes. Alongside direct shipping to end customers, we deliver roll-packed mattresses and toppers by the pallet to Amazon fulfilment centres (FBA), retail central warehouses and fulfilment providers – including labelling to the consignee's specification. Call-offs are governed by framework agreement and forecast.
How fast does a dropshipping partner for mattresses deliver?+
Direct-to-customer delivery is handled at short notice. This is enabled by fully digital order capture (CT 4.0) and our own production on site: no waiting for upstream suppliers and no intermediate storage. We agree the specific delivery time with you in advance, including for custom sizes and individual builds.

We calculate terms per project. They depend on foam build, dimensions, cover, packaging type, shipping route and planned volume – a parcel-ready comfort-foam build is calculated differently from a freight-bound HR cold-foam mattress. Based on your product concept and sales forecast you receive a concrete calculation with volume-tiered pricing. Ongoing terms are set together with you in the framework agreement.
Is there a minimum order quantity for dropshipping?+
Our fulfilment is aimed at brands and retailers with established sales or a reliable sales forecast. For the start we recommend an initial order of 100 units per line; ongoing supply is governed by framework agreement and call-offs. Talk to us with your target segment, planned annual volume and timeline.
