Not every application needs a finished product — often flexibility is what counts. As a foam converter with in-house CNC production we supply precise foam cut-to-size, block foam and converting services to individual specifications — for industry, trade businesses, upholsterers and retail.
Block foam
We supply foam blocks in various dimensions and grades for your own processing — including larger volumes for industrial converters. Available in PU foam, cold foam (HR), viscoelastic foam and gel foam.
2D cutting
Rectangles, circles and free-form shapes are cut precisely by bandsaw, waterjet or die-cutting. Ideal for upholsterers, trade businesses and industrial applications that need foam in defined panel formats.
3D milled and moulded parts
Complex contours, recesses and profiles into the depth of the material are produced by CNC milling — used for case inserts, tool holders, moulded parts for mechanical engineering and individual special solutions.
Converting
Beyond pure cutting we offer converting services: lamination with fleece or film, composite foam from different material layers, and bonding to customer specification.
Foam for upholsterers and trade businesses
Upholsterers and trade businesses can order cut-to-size foam in small quantities. We advise on density, compression hardness and foam type — with fast delivery from our own production in Löhne.
