Comfort is not a coincidence — it comes from the right build. Our seat cushions, back cushions, armrests, ottomans and lying elements are made to measure for furniture manufacturers, upholstery businesses, hospitality operators and retailers. Produced in Löhne, Germany.
Combining high-quality foam grades with precise construction creates upholstery that supports the body deliberately and stays dimensionally stable even under intensive use. Different densities and compression hardnesses allow comfort and support to be defined exactly — from soft-adaptive to firm-stabilising.
Every cushion is made individually — variable in shape, contour and build — so our solutions integrate seamlessly into furniture concepts, technically and visually.
For hospitality, events and the garden-furniture trade we produce made-to-measure foam bench and seat pads, in hardness grades suited to intensive continuous use and in custom sizes for individual furniture shapes. Garden cushions are produced seasonally in larger series — early enquiries are recommended.

CT Formpolster in Löhne (NRW) supplies foam for seats, back cushions, armrests, ottomans and lying elements directly to furniture makers and upholsterers. Densities and compression hardnesses are produced exactly to specification, from soft-adaptive to firm-stabilising. Very small quantities for trade businesses are also possible.
For seating we recommend cold foam (HR) with medium to high density (from 35 kg/m³) for durable, dimensionally stable upholstery, and higher compression hardness for hospitality use. Softer PU foams suit back cushions and lounge areas. CT Formpolster advises on material selection and produces to your measurements.
