CT Formpolster in Löhne produces mattresses, toppers and foam products as white-label goods for own brands. Product, dimensions, foam type and branding are agreed individually. Shipping directly to end customers, on request without any manufacturer identification.
What is the difference between white label and private label for foam products?+
White label describes an existing product that is sold under another brand. Private label means the product is developed and produced specifically for one brand, often with individual features. CT Formpolster offers both — from a standard mattress with your own label to a fully custom-developed own-brand mattress.
How can I sell mattresses under my own brand on Amazon?+
CT Formpolster produces mattresses for Amazon sellers as private-label products. Product, packaging and labelling are matched to the retailer's brand. Delivery via dropshipping directly to end customers or as bulk delivery to an Amazon warehouse. OEKO-TEX certification for Amazon requirements is in place.
How long does developing an own white-label mattress take?+
Sample development usually takes a few weeks, depending on product complexity. CT Formpolster has its own foaming plant and production in Löhne, enabling short distances and fast adjustments. After sample approval, series production starts in the agreed quantity.
