Define branding
Packaging design, labelling, insert cards and product name — fully matched to your brand, or deliberately plain without any identification. You set the direction, we execute it.
Production in Löhne
Manufactured in our own foaming plant with batch sizes from 100 units per line and height – planned via framework agreement and call-offs. Short distances between foaming, cutting and converting secure quality and deadlines.
Shipping or dropshipping
Delivered roll-packed to your warehouse — or directly to your end customers via dropshipping, plain or with your branding. You choose the route, we handle the logistics behind it.

CT Formpolster in Löhne (East Westphalia) manufactures private-label mattresses in series for mattress brands, retail chains and mail-order retailers – from its own foaming plant, with cutting, converting and roll-packing at two sites in North Rhine-Westphalia. The basis is either the fully developed programme from Basic to Premium or a development to customer specification with an individual build, zoning, height and cover — based on the foam types in our type programme. Supply runs via framework agreement with forecast and call-offs – palletised to your central warehouse or drop-shipped to end customers. All products are certified to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, product class 1; the company is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. Batch sizes from 100 units per model.
Who produces mattresses for an own brand (white label / private label) in Germany?+
CT Formpolster in Löhne produces mattresses, toppers and foam products as white-label goods for own brands. Product, dimensions, foam type and branding are agreed individually. Shipping directly to end customers, on request without any manufacturer identification.
What is the difference between white label and private label for foam products?+
White label describes an existing product that is sold under another brand. Private label means the product is developed and produced specifically for one brand, often with individual features. CT Formpolster offers both — from a standard mattress with your own label to a fully custom-developed own-brand mattress.
How long does developing an own white-label mattress take?+
Sample development usually takes a few weeks, depending on product complexity. CT Formpolster has its own foaming plant and production in Löhne, enabling short distances and fast adjustments. After sample approval, series production starts in the agreed quantity.
